FiveUp End User License Agreement
FiveUp is a math puzzle game for iOS and Android. The license terms that apply to you depend on the store you downloaded the app from.
01Apple App Store (iPhone)
If you downloaded FiveUp from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).
02Google Play (Android)
If you downloaded FiveUp from Google Play, your use of the app is governed by our Terms of Service, together with the Google Play Terms of Service.
03Privacy and your data
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Notice. To delete your game history or your account, see Account & Game Data Deletion.
